We can thank reality TV programmes such as Strictly Come Dancing for highlighting the health benefits and the fun aspects of this very traditional style of dance particularly amongst the younger generation.

So we are now offering our own Strictly 4 Kidz Ballroom & Latin American Dance class, learning all the favorite dances such as the

Waltz, Cha-Cha, Samba, Rumba, Quickstep and Foxtrot.

Min age 6.  Good exercise and an opportunity to learn a skill for life!
